This role will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and administering Greenhouse's global equity programs while supporting all facets of compensation. You will ensure the integrity and competitiveness of our equity offerings, compensation benchmarking, sales and incentive plan analysis, and reporting. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
